Sometime, Somewhere | Poem | from Chaos

Somewhere, in a world that’s fair
You’ll see me dare and take on the storm
But I strive to keep this boat afloat
And maybe our great adventure
Lies somewhere to the east
Deep into land
Not battling rogue waves in the sea
Sometimes we do what our heart commands
And sometimes we wax our ears
Keep looking at the road ahead
With the scorching sun instead
We keep going, for that is all we know
Why we have feet
And if we ever again meet
We’ll meet as travelers, adventurers
With big or small feats
But a life full of intrigue
Maybe we become heroes
Each in their own league.
